Russell Joyner serves as the Development Player League (DPL) Director at Albion SC Las Vegas, bringing over 30 years of coaching experience across Nevada and Arizona. Since joining Albion SC Las Vegas in 2017, he has played a key role in shaping the club’s growth, coaching some of its very first teams and helping to establish a strong foundation for player development. His dedication and leadership have contributed significantly to Albion’s reputation as a premier youth soccer program.

Russell holds a U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) B License, a highly respected coaching certification that focuses on advanced tactical awareness, player development, and team management. This credential reflects his deep understanding of the game and his ability to develop players for higher levels of competition. His experience and expertise allow him to create a structured, yet dynamic, environment for players to thrive both on and off the field.

As DPL Director, Russell is committed to developing top-tier female athletes within the Development Player League (DPL) framework. The league provides high-level competition while emphasizing long-term player growth, college placement, and personal development.
